Weekend availability is not optional for this position and applicants must be able to consistently work weekend shifts. Evening availability is also strongly preferred. What you'll do: Welcome members and guests at the front desk Assist with memberships, programs, and questions Answer phones and provide excellent customer service Help create a positive and welcoming environment What we need: Reliable attendance Strong customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to help others MUST be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Why join the Y?
