This position is responsible for providing excellent member service while handling daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, trustworthy, and enjoys helping people with their financial needs while creating a positive member experience. Responsibilities Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and cashier's checks Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records Assist members with account questions and basic service requests Promote credit union products and services when appropriate Maintain compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulations Assist with opening basic savings and checking accounts Support daily branch operations and team responsibilities Maintain confidentiality and security of member information Qualifications Previous cash handling experience preferred Customer service experience required Banking or credit union experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic computer skills required Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid time off Health benefits Retirement benefits Opportunities for growth and development Supportive team environment Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Saturday availability required Why Join Us?
