Carteret The Role:

An exciting opportunity to combine your skills in business and marketing with your passion for FITNESS! We are a growing and established medically based fitness and wellness company. We are looking for social, ambitious, and career oriented individuals to grow into our management team! Our Membership Sales Counselor position is the first step in developing a robust career within our organization. The Membership Counselor has the opportunity to represent the center throughout the community by establishing corporate relationships. These individuals will also reach out to prospective members to build a strong referral base. A Membership Counselor include, but are not limited to: Conduct tours with prospective members to provide a personal assessment and explain the benefits of an individualized and structured program. Work with your team to generate leads and attend events Reach out to the community daily to promote the services of the center and generate leads for prospective members. Work to build referral networks. Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community/hospital events) to promote the center. Meet daily and monthly sales goals.

Compensation:

Hourly Pay Commission for each membership sale Personal Bonus paid monthly upon reaching sales level

Qualifications:

Able to work weekends Have past experience in retail and/or customer interaction would be preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Warm and friendly disposition Experience with face to face, telephone, and email communications Bilingual in Spanish preferred
