Membership Counselor -

Freehold The Role:

Our Membership Counselor position is the first step in developing a robust career within our organization. The Membership Counselor have the opportunity to represent the center throughout the community by establishing corporate relationships. Our Membership Counselors conduct tours and promote the services. These individuals will also reach out to prospective members to build a strong referral base. A Membership Counselor include, but are not limited to: Conduct tours with prospective members to provide a personal assessment and explain the benefits of an individualized and structured program. Work with your team to generate leads and attend events Reach out to the community daily to promote the services of the center and generate leads for prospective members. Work to build referral networks. Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community/hospital events) to promote the center. Meet daily and monthly sales goals.

Compensation:

Commission for each membership sale

Qualifications:

Able to work weekends Have past experience in retail and/or customer interaction would be preferred Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Warm and friendly disposition Experience with face to face, telephone, and email communications
