As an Operations Team Member, your goal is to increase membership numbers through member referrals, and walk-in visits. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a love of fitness. Responsibilities Greet members, guests, and prospective members as they arrive at the gym Answer texting system and assist members Communicate with leads and potential members through texts, emails, and in-person exchanges Provide an excellent new customer experience Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints Working closely with Director of Operations and team Attend to cleanliness of studio Qualifications High school diploma/GED required Previous customer service or sales experience Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills
