About us Envy Sports Club & Pools is a Resort Health Club & Pools facility in Parsippany, NJ. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Assist our members & guests with their health and fitness goals. This position also includes commissions for Memebrships, birthday party packages and more.....
Our work environment includes:
Membership Bonus on Sales Lunch provided Great Team Support We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. A big portion of this job is membership sales, booking pool birthday parties and contacting prospects in our local community. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, providing information about the health club, fitness and its services, and responding to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a timely manner / membership sales. Check guests in and out of the Health Club. Provide information about our Award Winning Facility and other amenities. Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Ensure that all guests have a pleasant stay.
