PM Requirements:

Monday and Friday availability required Plus one additional day of your choice: Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday Flexible scheduling within those hours

Example:

3-4 hour shifts spread across 3 days per weekThis is a permanent part-time position with the potential for additional hours and growth opportunities over time.

Responsibilities Call, text, and email warm leads and prospective students Follow up with inquiries from social media, website, events, and referrals Invite prospective students to classes, workshops, and introductory offers Help educate people on Honor Yoga programs and offerings Track outreach and conversations in our systems Maintain consistent and professional follow-up Build relationships and create positive first impressions Assist in converting inquiries into memberships, programs, and participationQualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone regularly Ability to handle rejection professionally and remain motivated Persuasive, personable, and confident Organized and dependable Sales, telemarketing, customer service, or outreach experience preferred Passion for wellness, yoga, personal growth, or community-building is a plus Compensation & Benefits $18/hour Performance bonuses and incentive opportunities Opportunity for additional hours and advancement Benefits include: Unlimited studio membership Access to yoga classes Access to workshops and educational programs Participation in select community and wellness events Immersion in a positive, growth-oriented environment About Honor Yoga Honor Yoga is more than a yoga studio.
