  • Part-time Are you an outgoing, charismatic, and passionate individual who excels in sales and customer service?
If so, we want YOU to join our team at Brickz Health & Wellness! As a Wellness Representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for educating clients, creating a welcoming environment, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll help clients understand the benefits of our wellness services and guide them toward achieving their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming environment for all members, clients, and staff. Multi-task & thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude. Engage with clients via phone and in-person to promote our services. Conduct guest tours & sell packages/memberships. Educate clients on our wellness services & recommend supporting products. Ensure smooth onboarding by handling waivers, agreements, and client profiles. Assist in lead generation, social media efforts, & attend community events to expand our reach. Administer services as part of our wellness offerings. Support sales and operational goals to help grow our business.
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of membership sales or retail experience 1-2 years of customer service experience Strong interpersonal & communication skills Tech-savvy & detail-oriented Passion for health, wellness, & helping others Flexible availability
