Position Summary:
The Membership & Education Director manages REALTOR® and affiliate membership services, retention, and growth, while coordinating professional development and educational programming. This role also oversees affiliate engagement, sponsorships, and networking events. The Director plays a key role in supporting member satisfaction and expanding the value of membership through education, benefits, and engagement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage REALTOR® and affiliate membership services, onboarding, and retention. Process member service requests (e.g., forms, certifications, inquiries). Grow membership and affiliate participation through engagement and benefits promotion. Increase member benefits and promote utilization of services. Develop, schedule, and administer monthly continuing education (CE) courses and professional development programs. Plan and execute networking and member engagement events. Coordinate affiliate relations, sponsorships, and community service involvement. Grow affiliate sponsorship participation and engagement. Ensure compliance with state/NAR educational requirements. Track member participation and report on growth, retention, and engagement. Conduct annual member satisfaction surveys and report findings. Collaborate with Communications & Outreach Coordinator on promoting CE courses, professional development, and networking events. Manage membership budgets and meet revenue projections.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, business, nonprofit management, or related field preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in membership services, training/education, or program management. Familiarity with the real estate industry and its business practices preferred. Knowledge of continuing education requirements and adult learning practices preferred. Strong skills in event planning, sponsorship development, and community engagement. Demonstrated ability to increase membership participation and benefits utilization. Proficiency with association management systems (AMS), databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with GrowthZone a plus.
