  • Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the face of our organization, providing excellent service and support to our members. Your primary role will be to foster positive relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively while enhancing the overall member experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist members in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and over the phone.
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and membership benefits. Handle member inquiries and concerns promptly, following up to ensure resolution. Maintain member records and update account information in our database. Process transactions, applications, and forms related to memberships and services. Assist in membership renewal processes and promote membership benefits. Support marketing and outreach efforts to enhance member engagement. Identify opportunities to improve member services based on feedback and experience. Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate as necessary. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using computer systems and basic software applications. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail. Empathetic and patient attitude towards members. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
