Mayweather Boxing and Fitness is a dynamic instructor-led lead boxing and fitness experience. Our group fitness workouts are inspired by Floyd Mayweather's training and techniques using a variety of boxing combinations, cardio, endurance, and strength training. Our personalized approach to results is powered by in-studio technology, innovative programming, and daily variety. Through our diverse community and unique experiences, we empower all to find their inner champ. $20/hour, a combination of hourly pay plus commission and bonus pay.

Job Overview:

As a Fitness Membership Sales Specialist , you'll be at the forefront of our mission—welcoming new members, creating an energetic and engaging atmosphere, and helping people transform their lives through fitness. You'll connect with potential members, introduce them to our high-intensity, results-driven workouts, and ensure every visitor feels like a champion from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities Drive membership sales by introducing new clients to the Mayweather Boxing + Fitness experience. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all members feel motivated and supported. Help manage studio operations, including scheduling, front desk duties, and community engagement. Support marketing efforts by attending local events, generating leads, and promoting our brand. Collaborate with an energetic team to create an electric, team-oriented studio environment.
