Position Summary:
The Member Services Attendant delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of front desk area.

Availability :
Must be able to work a consistent, weekly schedule.
Schedule :
Flexible with shifts Sunday-Saturday - Morning, mid-day, and evening.
Skills :
Excellent Interpersonal Skills :
You enjoy connecting with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Problem-Solving Skills :
You can think on your feet and handle challenges with ease.
Customer Service Experience :
Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but a positive attitude is what truly matters!
Basic Computer Knowledge :
