Front Desk Representative

Job Description Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members. Available Shifts Weekends Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills Previous customer service, sale or related experience required Proficient in Microsoft Office Fun, friendly and flexible individual Willing to work as a team player Responsibilities Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention Promotes memberships and programs Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations. Rate of Pay $11.65/hour (Commensurate with experience) •Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
