While support is always available, you will often be the primary person responsible for managing your workload, identifying what needs to be done, and staying productive without direct supervision. Success in this role requires self-motivation, strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and complete tasks without being directed every step of the way. Because we are a small team, employees occasionally wear multiple hats. While this is primarily a front desk position, there may be times when you are asked to temporarily supervise students, assist with operational needs, respond to emergencies, or support other areas of the business. Flexibility and adaptability are essential. Many people see "front desk" and imagine spending most of their time chatting with customers. While customer service is a major part of the role, much of your shift will be spent completing operational tasks that keep the business running.
