In this role, you will be the driving force behind member engagement, retention, and growth. Your enthusiasm for building relationships and your proactive approach will help prospective members discover the value of our offerings. As a key ambassador, you will utilize your sales expertise and management skills to foster a welcoming environment, guide potential members through the onboarding process, and ensure their satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your business development and account management skills while making a meaningful impact on our community. Duties Engage with prospective members through outbound calls, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate interest and increase membership sign-ups Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to match individuals with suitable membership options and benefits Present product demos and explain membership features clearly, highlighting value propositions to encourage sign-ups Manage existing member accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and facilitating renewals or upgrades Lead territory management efforts by identifying new markets and developing strategies for lead generation and business expansion Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update member information, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement Negotiate membership packages and upsell additional services or products to maximize member satisfaction and revenue Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on direct customer engagement Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales and develop strategic plans for growth Expertise in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and inside sales techniques Proficiency with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for account management and sales analysis Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities Ability to conduct product demos effectively while upselling relevant services or upgrades Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for targeted marketing and territory management strategies Effective communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients and team members Join us as a Membership Counselor if you're passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to help individuals unlock their potential through our membership programs!
