We are seeking a Member Services Specialist to join our team at Visionary Federal Credit Union. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support to our members and community members. Located in Collier Township, PA, this position plays a key role in providing excellent service to our members. Responsibilities Provide Superior Member Service Perform Transactions & Requests such as: Processing Deposits, Loan Payments, check orders, account maintenance, open and closing accounts & loans. Explain various loan products and payment options for auto & personal loans, credit cards, and various insurance products. Promote all products & services. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Provide information about products and services, including upselling opportunities. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls. Other duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly. Experience in upselling or product demonstrations is a plus. 6-12 months prior experience in cash handling and providing member service. Experience within a credit union, banking, or savings and loan environment is preferred.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalency Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
