Join Us as a Membership Sales Advisor! Are you a charismatic go-getter with a passion for fitness and a knack for sales? Do you thrive on connecting with people and helping them embark on a journey to a healthier lifestyle? If so, we want YOU to be the face of our gym as a Membership Sales Advocate!What We Are Looking For:
We look for people who are passionate about health and fitness to present our clubs to potential members and assist them in choosing the right membership option for them. Sales experience is great, but if you have the desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. There is lots of room for advancement and increased earning potential.What your day looks like:
- Generate leads both inside and outside of the club (15-25 per day)
- Call prospective members inviting them in for a tour and to discuss membership options. (45-75 calls per day/ 6-8 tours per day)
- Give tours to non-members while building value based on their wants/needs/ and fitness goals.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry
- Passion for health and wellness
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
