Job Description

Golf Envy is redefining the private golf club experience through 24/7, membership-based indoor golf facilities powered by industry-leading simulator technology. Our franchise network is expanding rapidly across the United States, and we are looking for an energetic sales professional who thrives on building relationships and helping people discover a better way to experience golf. About the Role As a Remote Membership Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members across multiple Golf Envy franchise locations. You will nurture inbound leads, qualify prospects, schedule in-person demonstrations at our locations, and convert qualified prospects into members. This is not a high-pressure cold-calling role. Most leads have already expressed interest through digital advertising, referrals, social media, or community events. Your job is to build trust, understand what matters most to each prospect, and guide them toward experiencing Golf Envy firsthand. Success comes from consistent follow-up, strong communication, good organization, and a genuine passion for helping people. What You'll Do Respond promptly to new inbound leads via phone, text, and email Build rapport and understand each prospect's golfing experience, goals, and interests Run structured follow-up campaigns to keep leads engaged until they are ready to visit Book qualified prospects for in-person simulator demonstrations and coordinate with local locations Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows through proactive communication Conduct virtual sales consultations, present membership options, and guide prospects through enrollment Address questions and handle objections professionally Maintain accurate CRM records documenting every interaction Partner with local Clubhouse Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience Consistently meet or exceed monthly membership sales goals What We're Looking For Required Previous sales experience (inside sales, membership sales, fitness, hospitality, automotive, or similar) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the day Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable using CRM systems and sales technology Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup Preferred Experience selling memberships or subscription-based services Remote work experience CRM experience Passion for golf, or a willingness to learn the game Franchise or multi-location experience You'll Thrive Here If You're Naturally conversational and personable, competitive without being pushy, coachable, detail-oriented, comfortable handling objections, and driven by goals and performance metrics.
