Assisting members with their reservation and informational needs. Checking reservation availability and finding alternate dates or accommodations if needed. Verifying reservation and account details to ensure accuracy. Assisting members by resolving complaints and/or reservation errors professionally and politely to ensure effective resolutions and customer satisfaction. Assisting Members with additional vacation ownership usage options. Guest Experience and Company Standards Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally, responding promptly to requests in a professional and positive manner. Supports team to reach common goals and ensure adherence to quality standards. Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and follows company policies and safety procedures. Must have availability to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days. Must be able to stand or sit, for an extended period of time. Must possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously, along with proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension.
