F45 Training Saugus is looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales & Community Manager / Coach. This hybrid role combines sales, member engagement, community building, and group fitness coaching — making it perfect for personal trainers, fitness professionals, graduate students, stay-at-home parents returning to the workforce, or anyone looking for meaningful and flexible part-time work. About the Role This position plays a key role in helping our studio grow while delivering an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable connecting with people, following up with leads, coaching group fitness classes, and building a welcoming community that keeps members engaged and motivated. Responsibilities Sales & Lead Management Follow up with new leads via phone, text, and email Schedule intro sessions and trial workouts Convert prospects into members Re-engage former members and inactive leads Track sales activity and maintain lead management systems Help achieve monthly membership and revenue goals Community Engagement Welcome and onboard new members Conduct member check-ins Support retention initiatives Assist with member events, challenges, and promotions Build strong relationships and a positive studio culture Coaching Coach up to 10 F45 group fitness classes per week Deliver energetic, engaging, and professional coaching experiences Assist members with exercise modifications and coaching cues Support accountability, motivation, and member success Uphold F45 coaching standards and culture Administrative & Operational Support Maintain CRM and lead tracking systems Assist with KPI tracking and reporting Coordinate with ownership and management teams Support operational and growth initiatives Marketing & Social Media Support Capture content during classes and events Encourage member participation and engagement Assist with community-focused marketing initiatives Help collect testimonials and member success stories Schedule Part-Time | Approximately 15-25 hours per week Flexible schedule | Combination of remote and in-person work Some evening and weekend availability preferred Ability to coach up to 10 classes per week Compensation & Benefits $25.00

Qualifications Required:

Passion for fitness and helping others Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and organized Ability to work independently and as part of a team Group fitness coaching or personal training experience Sales or customer service experience

Preferred:
