Building Relationships Check in with SUCCESS Circle members Learn about their businesses Identify referral opportunities Connect members with one another Help members maximize their benefits Ensure members feel valued and supported Growing the SUCCESS Circle Attend networking events Follow up with prospects Meet with local business owners Invite guests to MYB events Share membership benefits Convert conversations into relationships Supporting Events Ribbon Cuttings Lunch With Locals Breakfast With Locals MYB After Hours SUCCESS Sessions Non Profit Night Community Fundraisers Administrative Support Update CRM records Track member interactions Schedule follow-ups Maintain prospect notes Assist with member communications

COMPENSATION

Guaranteed Base Pay:

$300 per week (roughly 20 hrs a week = $15.00/hr)

SUCCESS Circle Membership Commissions:

Approximately $75 for every new SUCCESS Circle member enrolled. (plus monthly residuals)

Additional Sales Commissions:

20% commission on eligible services sold.
