Summary:
Greet and welcome members to the credit union in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Handle requests from members. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services. Provide excellent service to all credit union members.
Responsibilities:
Handle requests from members for any and all transactions regarding shares, withdrawals, deposits, loan payments, credit card payments and wire transfers. Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge on all credit union products and services. MSR is responsible for handling and balancing a cash drawer daily. Responsible for the night drop box, working mail and retrieving the mail daily. Making sure all stations are stocked with supplies and notification is given when supplies are low. Responsible for answering phone calls and helping members with fiancial needs as well as taking messages for office stafff if necessary. Responsible for opening new membership accounts and Share Draft accounts, Certificates and also for closing accounts when requested using proper procedures and in a timely manner. MSR II is to make sure that all member's information is kept private and confidential at all times.
Prepare monthly reports:
New members, New share accounts, and closed share accounts as well as help with any and all other porocedures that are needed within the credit union and presented to you from management
Qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED & Cash handling skills preferred.
