Assistant Membership Director

Have you ever wanted to run your own health club? Our Fitness Assistant Membership Director's are responsible for driving in revenue through new member enrollment's while retaining our existing members. They recruit, hire, train and develop future manager's for our company. We want our AMD's to be the "Mayor" of their club and know everyone in their community.

• This is a sales driven positions.

Our AMD's perform marketing efforts themselves and with a team. Our goal is to get potential new members to come in and join. We have a daily quota to achieve with selling memberships to the club.

Responsibilities include:

Calling, texting and emailing people daily Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people to show Touring guests around our health clubs Assessing each guests individual need for our location Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and memberse safe Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals

Monday 11 am

• 9 pm Tuesday 11 am
• 9 pm Wednesday off Thursday 4 pm
• 9 pm Friday 11 am
• 8 pm Saturday 11 am
• 7 pm Sunday 9 am
• 7 pm
