Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Specialist to drive lead generation, increase brand awareness, and convert prospects into gym memberships. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline of potential members prior to and during active sales cycles. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, and passionate about fitness, with a strong ability to connect with people and represent the brand in the community. Get out into the community—local businesses, events, and high-traffic areas—to spread the word and build relationships

Work both in the field and from our pre-sale office to identify prospects, distribute marketing materials, and convert leads into members Build the

Develop local partnerships to drive awareness and cross-promotional opportunities Key Responsibilities (Pre-Sales): Identify and pursue new lead opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and digital channels Conduct daily prospecting activities including calls, text, social media engagement, and in-person networking Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations to increase visibility
