Position Summary:

IFCU is looking for energetic and enthusiastic personalities for this part time MSR position. Primary purpose of this position is to assist the Credit Union in fulfilling our core purpose and

Mission Statement:

To enhance the financial lives of our members and churches, ministries and faith organizations. To achieve this purpose the position must deliver high quality service. A key component of this service is to identify the financial needs of the members and effectively suggest an appropriate IFCU solution. In addition, the position builds and maintains member relationships by providing knowledgeable, prompt, reliable and courteous member service.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver member services including but not limited to: deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, transfers, advances, loan payments, check cashing and file maintenance. Maintain knowledgeable information on IFCU products and services. Pursue and recognize opportunities for IFCU product/service member cross-sells and opens new accounts. Pursue opportunities for professional growth and knowledge through training, education and self-study. Acknowledge and deliver IFCU approved service promises to all members. Perform member service duties as assigned. Reports to Branch Manager. Always represent IFCU in a professional manner. Be a good at multi tasking. Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Previous exposure to loan origination and processing
