! We're hiring a Member Services Specialist who lives for the kind of service that makes people say "wow." This is a people-first, detail-obsessed role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps their cool when everything is happening at once, and brings real energy to every interaction. You'll be the friendly, dependable voice and face our members and chapter leaders count on, blending high-touch customer service with sharp project coordination. Here's how you'll spend your time: Member Support & Customer Service (65%) Onboard new members so they feel welcomed, connected, and excited from day one Be the go-to contact for member questions and program support, responding with warmth, speed, and accuracy Build real relationships with our Managing Directors across North America Solve problems fast and turn everyday moments into "wow" moments members remember Track member engagement and follow up proactively so no one slips through the cracks Program & Project Support (35%) Assist with our Premier Success Coach Program, PLATINUM membership, and Foundation Awards Coordinate logistics for the annual and quarterly events, keeping every detail buttoned up Own weekly PPTX for two stakeholder groups Support our International Conference with vendor coordination and attendee communications Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO Create organized systems, templates, and processes that make the whole team faster and sharper
What We're Looking For Required:
2+ years in customer service, member support, or program coordination Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Outstanding communication skills: friendly, professional, and crystal clear in writing and in person Exceptional organizational skills and a genuine obsession with attention to detail Calm, capable, and resourceful under pressure, able to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball

  • scoops it up and carries on seemlessly A positive, high-energy attitude that thrives in a fast-paced, fun, collaborative environment Ability to download reports and accurately turn them into documents for review Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proficient in Canva Proficient in AI thought partnership Experience with CRM systems or membership databases A self-starter who anticipates needs and solves problems before they become problems A real passion for helping others succeed Must love dogs•Dash the office dog is here every day
