Job Description

North Texas SC | Internship | Ticket Sales & Service Job Summary This role will work closely with our Ticket Sales and Service team to assist fans with purchasing tickets and assisting with any ticket related issues. This is an hourly event-based position. We staff all events held at Texas Health Mansfield Stadium which are mostly on the weekends. Responsibilities Support sales campaigns across single game, group, and season membership opportunities throughout your term. Make outbound sales calls and assist with promotional support duties and tasks. Conduct research assignments as requested by sales representatives and managers. Oversee match day operations at Texas Health Mansfield Stadium Providing excellent care and quality service to all customers/prospects Support day-to-day operations as live events approach Other duties as assigned. Requirements Must be at least 17 years of age upon hire date. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have a source of reliable transportation to and from events. Exceptional customer-service skills. We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who will create a welcoming environment for our guests. Weekend availability. Most events will be on weekends or evenings.
