Job Description

DuGood FCU is currently seeking a Full-time Member Relations Representative (MRR) who is a highly motivated individual dedicated to their career, reliable, passionate, and focused on achieving their goals. This position requires excellent member service skills and offers an opportunity to join our dynamic team at our Nederland Branch!
Position:
Full-time Member Relations Representative (MRR) Responsible for providing high quality, accurate service to members while performing a variety of teller and member service duties involved in the general operation of the credit union. At least 6 months of cash handling and customer service experience is required. This position receives cross-training to open various accounts and services, perform maintenance to existing accounts and services, process debit card disputes, and loan processing Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
Full- time:
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday; shifts could vary between 7:15 am and 6:30 pm. Rotating Saturdays are required, and the hours are approximately 8:15 am to 12:30 pm.
