  • 26 hourly, depending on experience, $12 per unit sold once monthly quota is met, uncapped upside for consistent performers

  • sales showroom (in person) Reports to: Sales Manager The Role Kinective is opening a new location in Plano and is hiring an experienced Membership Sales Advisor to drive pre-sale membership growth ahead of opening.
This role works out of a sales showroom, not a finished facility, and is responsible for selling prospective members on a location that is still under construction. It requires someone who can sell a concept and a future date with the same confidence as someone selling a finished product. This role carries a real monthly quota and is best suited to someone who has already proven they can sell
  • pre-sale, pre-construction, or new-concept sales experience is a strong plus.
What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly pre-sale membership targets Managing a full sales conversation independently, from first contact to close, without a finished facility to show Confidently selling the Kinective concept, timeline, and membership value using renderings, plans, and brand materials Handling objections tied to the pre-opening timeline and asking for the sale directly Maintaining accurate, disciplined CRM and pipeline tracking Coordinating with the Sales Manager on daily showroom operations and lead flow
Hard Skills Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
1-3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience; pre-sale, pre-construction, new-concept, or membership sales experience strongly preferred
CRM:
Proficient in CRM tools and pipeline management; able to self-manage a pipeline without close supervision
Product Knowledge:
Ability to sell effectively from plans, renderings, and concept materials rather than a finished facility Soft Skills Proven ability to close

  • with a track record you can point to Confidence handling objections tied to an unbuilt facility and a future opening date Self-directed; requires minimal hand-holding to manage a full sales cycle Resilient under a real monthly quota and comfortable being evaluated on performance metrics Strong verbal communication paired with a results-first mindset Comfortable operating in a temporary showroom environment rather than a finished club
