• Full Time San Antonio, TX 014919 and Requirements The RBFCU Branch Operations Team is seeking a full time float for our Far North Region starting at $20.

00/hour! Candidates selected for this position must be able to work at all of our Far North area branch locations to meet our growing staffing needs.

Branch locations include:

Bitters, Boerne, Bulverde Crossing, Encino Commons, Gold Canyon, Kerrville, Marshall Road, and UTSA. As a branch Member Service Representative (MSR) Float you will be the face of RBFCU, responsible for providing enthusiastic, professional, quality, prompt and courteous service to members and prospective members. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify needs, and educate members on products and services that will improve their financial well-being and quality of life. Reviews deposit products for fraud and risk while assessing each interaction for potential impersonation to mitigate fraud losses for the organization. Conduct all duties in a manner intended to enhance the image and growth of RBFCU. The MSR Float will be hired with the flexibility to be trained at a branch and then utilized to work at any branch within the respective region until a permanent position within the region comes available to occupy.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Provide enthusiastic, professional, quality, prompt and courteous service to members, prospective members, and RBFCU team. Process a variety of transactions in various settings that may include in person, video conference, drive-thru and telephonic engagement channels. Maintain control of cash and negotiable instruments in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory laws. Engage members and prospective members through consultative, needs-based conversations by actively listening, asking open ended questions, and demonstrating empathy to uncover financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services while consistently meeting or exceeding minimum sales goals. Support RBFCU sales culture and ensure branch standards are achieved by reinforcing best practices, modeling consultative behaviors, and holding a high level of self-accountability to performance expectations. Perform in the capacity of Branch Reservist taking calls for the Member Service Center to handle incoming requests from members via this channel Assess all deposits for potential fraud and each interaction for impersonation to mitigate fraud losses Assist members and prospective members with needs that incorporate other internal departments, such as Consumer Lending, Mortgage and Credit Union Service Organizations, and comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory laws. Qualify members and assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts, and maintain a current working knowledge of the RBFCU Membership and Account Agreement. Prepare various teller reports, and escort members into designated areas when requested. Observe safety and security procedures, and report potentially unsafe conditions. Maintain the ability to train and work at any branch within the respective region depending on business need. Requirements:

High School diploma or GED Six months of work experience (financial institution, customer service or sales experience preferred) Attendance and promptness are pertinent; must be able to work a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule Must be able to cover staffing at any location within the respective region if a business need arises including branch transfers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to solve problems, make timely and informed decisions, and apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions Proficient in utilizing PC, software and other office equipment Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Good vision (correctable), hearing, and manual dexterity; must be able to reach with hands and arms; must be able to speak clearly All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
