GA Position Summary:

Be part of one of the nations fastest growing boutique fitness concepts. Grow with us! We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our membership sales team.

THIS POSITION IS FOR AN EARLY MORNING OPENER ONLY.

Candidates must be able to work 4 to 5 hour shifts beginning 4:30 AM M/W/F and 5:30 AM on T/Th. Benefits/Perks Free Studio Membership SPENGA gear/apparel discounts On the job Sales Training Performance based sales commissions Responsibilities Membership sales to clients/prospects Member outreach to ensure engagement and retention Lead nurture via call and text to schedule in studio appointments for prospects Conduct prospect onboarding, provide orientation, and address prospect questions Plan and participate in lead generation activities Participate in studio events and other promotions Maintain the cleanliness of the studio Other tasks as assigned by management Flexibility in the hours is required

• Some days more shifts are required and some days afternoon/evening shifts will be required

Requirements:

MUST HAVE THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY

Must have a energetic, friendly, outgoing and collaborative attitude

• frequent interactions with members and prospects is a core requirement. A love for the fit
• ish lifestyle (experience in the fitness industry or health/wellness is a plus). Must be a self starter and highly motivated Must have effective time management skills Must have effective communication skills
• must be proficient in English; bilingual a plus Must have the ability to work the morning shifts opening 4:30 AM on M/W/F and 5:30 AM T/Th.
