Fitness Center Front Desk Attendant

Join the fitness team at River Bend Golf & Country Club, located in Great Falls, VA! We pride ourselves on delivering the best member experience, and we expect nothing less from our staff. Currently we are seeking part time team members to staff our fitness front desk. This position plays a crucial role in being the welcoming face of all who enter the fitness center. Our facility features cardio equipment, free weights and strength machines, outdoor pool access, and a full group fitness schedule and team of personal trainers. Responsibilities include overseeing desk operations, and ensuring that our members and guests receive exceptional service. You will deliver welcoming atmosphere and be ready to answer any members questions, and maintain member safety. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate member sign ins, and replenishing member amenities as needed. The ideal candidate is outgoing, customer service-oriented, and possesses exceptional organizational, computer, and communication skills. If you have a college degree or equivalent education/experience, experience in customer service or a related field, and a background or interest in sports/fitness, we want to hear from you!
