Full Job Description Job Description:
The Real Estate Information Network, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Member Services Specialist to join our team at our Hampton location. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support by assisting members with inquiries related to memberships, company services, rules and regulations, and lockbox/related products managed by our customer service department. This role also serves as the front desk receptionist, welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional, friendly, and positive experience for all customers and members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to member inquiries regarding memberships, products, services, and company policies. Assist members in navigating company services and resolving issues professionally and efficiently. Greet visitors, directing inquiries, and offering assistance as needed. Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Support members with lockbox and related products issued and managed by the customer service department. Manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing customer needs in a professional office environment. Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist members. Accurately document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist with membership processing, registrations, and other administrative requests. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that promotes professionalism and excellent service.
Qualifications:
Customer service experience or experience in a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and stay organized in an office environment. Positive attitude with a passion for helping others. Ability to remain professional and composed in challenging situations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Ability to quickly learn and apply new product and service knowledge. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard office software.
