Management Driver's License Full Job Description Schedule/Hours :
Hours vary. Sunday•Saturday, 6:00am•9:00pm Plans, implements, administers, and monitors the membership sales, recruitment, retention, and collections function of The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center. Manages member services staff; maintains complete understanding of membership point-of-sale software and processes; ensures staff are trained on applicable software. Identifies goals, implements, and performs outreach initiatives to recruit individual and corporate members. Maintains awareness and responds to questions about available programs/classes. Handles advanced level and escalated customer service-related issues. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Communications, or related field Two years of progressively responsible experience supervising subordinates in a customer service environment Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
