$13-$15/hourSchedule:
Part-Time | 25-29 hours weekly PeopleShare is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Member Entry Specialist to support daily front desk operations in a fast-paced youth-focused environment.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome members, parents, and visitors professionally
- Answer phones and provide administrative support
- Process registrations, payments, and member records
- Maintain accurate data entry and attendance records
- Support daily member check-in/check-out procedures
- Help supervise youth in lobby and common areas
- Provide excellent customer service to families and staff
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Comfortable with computers and data entry
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- CPR/First Aid certification required within 3 months
