At Pure Barre PNW, we're looking for a Studio Lead who's ready to own their studio by driving membership growth, building lasting member relationships, and keeping the energy high every day. Pay:
$22.00/hour + eligible for monthly bonus
Schedule:
Availability required during peak hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and events
Reports To:
Operations Manager and VP of Sales & MarketingKEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Studio PerformanceOwn studio-level membership, revenue, retention, and lead generation goalsExecute sales activities, including lead follow-up, appointments, referrals, reactivations, and community outreachMonitor key performance metrics and develop action plans to improve resultsSupport retail sales and member engagement initiativesMember ExperienceDeliver an exceptional member experience at every stage of the client journeyBuild strong relationships with members and prospective clientsAddress member concerns professionally and proactivelyFoster a welcoming, inclusive, and service-focused studio environmentLead Management & ConversionManage leads daily•call, text, email, and nurture until booking or conversionBook first-timers into Engage intros and track attendance and next stepsConduct onsite tours and sales conversations confidentlyFollow up on missed Engage appointments and missed sales opportunitiesExecute win-back outreach and retention follow-ups as requestedOperationsPartner with the Operations Manager to ensure daily studio operations run consistentlyMaintain studio cleanliness, organization, inventory, and overall presentationExecute company policies, procedures, and standard operating practicesSupport opening/closing procedures when scheduledIdentify operational challenges and partner with leadership to resolve themCommunity & MarketingAssist the VP of Sales & Marketing in executing local marketing initiatives and community partnershipsRepresent the studio at local events and outreach opportunitiesSupport studio events, promotions, and member engagement activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, customer service, or operations preferredSales-driven mindset•comfortable and confident asking for the saleStrong communication skills•in person, on the phone, and in writingOrganized and reliable with consistent follow-through on tasksDemonstrated ability to achieve goals and drive resultsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPassion for fitness, wellness, and creating exceptional member experiencesFamiliarity with CRM or membership management systems a plus (ClubReady training provided)Authorization to work in the United States required

EXPECTATIONSAbility to move throughout the studio during shiftsAbility to lift up to 20-25 lbs occasionallyComfortable standing for extended periods in an active studio environment
