Job Description

Overview:
Assists Costco members via inbound calls and chat. Which can include, but not limited to, researching membership issues, product information and safety questions, support with membership and billing, Executive Rewards questions, and recording member suggestions and other feedback, using multiple systems simultaneously to provide excellence in member service. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, health benefits (medical/dental/vision/hearing aid/pharmacy/behavioral health/employee assistance), health care reimbursement account, dependent care assistance plan, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance, AD&D insurance, life insurance, 401(k), and stock purchase plan to eligible employees.
