Member Associate

The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the Manager with new membership sales and operations. The Sales Associate also is responsible for retaining current members through superior customer service and maintaining a positive, welcoming environment. Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Providing exceptional customer service to our members Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close the sale. Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting an individual's needs and wants Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider Present available services to current or prospective members Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club. Participate in team meetings. Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are required. Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Warm, friendly, and personable - being able to make members feel welcome as they walk into the studio. Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Must have excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must have proficient computer skills. Must be available to work during our open business hours, which include early mornings, evenings and weekend work.

Pay:

$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
