Job Description

Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a high-energy environment? Our client, a leader in the healthcare field, is looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their fast-paced call center team. In this role, 100% of your time will be spent on the phone, serving as the primary point of contact for their members. You will navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to provide accurate information, resolve complex issues, and deliver "stellar" service that exceeds member expectations. •Must be local to Spokane, WA to be considered for this role.•salary: $20 - $21.62 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 9:30

Handle a portion of our 50,000 daily calls with efficiency and professional poise.
Expert Guidance:
Assist members with inquiries regarding membership eligibility, benefits clarification, Medicare, and plan options.
Financial Resolution:
Address questions related to claims, payments, and billing inquiries.
Technical Proficiency:
Seamlessly toggle between multiple databases and software systems to document interactions and find answers.
Quality Communication:
Utilize excellent writing skills for internal documentation and member follow-ups while maintaining a high standard of verbal clarity.
