$18.00-$20.00/hour
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday Position Overview The Member Experience Representative plays a key role in delivering a positive, professional, and efficient experience for members across multiple communication channels. This position supports both front-line member interactions and behind-the-scenes service operations. Key Responsibilities Assist members with a wide range of services and provide guidance on products and services that support their financial goals Deliver friendly, professional, and confidential service while minimizing member wait times Handle administrative and non-phone tasks including processing service requests, updating member records, resolving escalations, and coordinating with internal departments Identify opportunities to educate members on additional services or programs that may benefit them Support overall member service operations and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in a credit union or banking environment Call center experience preferred Strong operational knowledge of banking or credit union processes Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with members and staff Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities If you enjoy helping people and want to be part of a team that values exceptional member service, we'd love to connect with you!
