Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grocery Retail Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of our retail spaces while ensuring that products are displayed effectively and meet company standards. This position requires a blend of organizational skills and retail experience to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Pay is hourly plus mileage. Responsibilities Ensure that all products are priced correctly and reflect current promotions. Collaborate with store management to maintain inventory levels and product placement according to schematics. Conduct regular audits of merchandise displays to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on customer interactions. Maintain an organized and clean workspace and ensure that all materials and product are stored properly. Experience Proven experience in retail sales or store management is helpful. Organizational skills to ensure efficiency. Previous experience in grocery retail is beneficial.
