Responsibilities Achieves in-store execution of programs and ensures that all service levels established are met to our retail customers. Assists with annual inventory, warehouse sale and other company events as needed. Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications Must reside in Seward, AK Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license; must provide drivers abstract at time of hire and annually thereafter; must maintain a motor vehicle in good working condition including all legally required insurance and inspections. Basic computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet. Must possess excellent organizational skills with the attention to detail. Generates creative solutions; uses feedback to modify displays; communicates display changes and resets to merchandising team. Contributes to building a positive team spirit. Physical Demands Ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs. on a regular basis throughout the day. Ability to climb ladders, and to reach and stoop to count merchandise. Frequently required standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, kneeling, bending, hearing and speaking. Work Environment Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. Occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. We are a drug free and non-smoking company.
