• + Set product to planograms + Build and install POP , endcaps, and visual displays + Maintain shelves, refresh signage, and complete product audits + Support retail staff and secure required store sign-offs Technical Installation & Maintenance
• + Install and troubleshoot interactive displays, kiosks, AV, and security devices + Perform light construction and fixture setup + Document work through photos/videos + Lead small teams during complex installs and resets + Resolve on-site challenges efficiently Communication and Reporting
• + Maintain regular communication with the District Manager + Submit same-day reporting and feedback to clients/teams + Process expenses in accordance with company policy Working Environment & Physical Requirements
• + Retail store settings + Home office with reliable high-speed internet + Travel by vehicle and/or plane as needed + Use of computer, phone, and standard office equipment + Ability to sit or stand for up to 4 hours + Lift up to 50 lbs as needed + Climb ladders (10'+)

Qualifications:

+ 6+ months retail or merchandising experience; 2+ years technical installation/troubleshooting preferred + Ability to read and execute planograms + Candidates should be comfortable using a personal credit card for occasional business-related purchases when necessary.
