Job DescriptionVuori is seeking a visionary, strategic retail leader to define and elevate how our brand comes to life across both owned retail and wholesale partner environments. As Vice President of Visual Merchandising, you will set the global creative and strategic direction for Vuori's visual expression — ensuring our product, storytelling, and brand standards are executed with clarity, consistency, and commercial impact wherever the brand shows up.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, retail execution, and wholesale partnership. You will own the global visual merchandising strategy, establish the creative standards that define Vuori's in-store experience, and ensure those standards are translated into clear, scalable guidelines for both owned stores and strategic wholesale partners. As Vuori continues to grow domestically and internationally, this role is critical to protecting and elevating brand integrity at scale.
As a key member of the Retail leadership team, you will partner closely with leaders across Brand, Product, Merchandising, Wholesale, Retail Operations, Planning, and Store Design to ensure Vuori delivers a best‑in‑class customer experience while driving productivity, growth, and long‑term brand equity.
