Apple's worldwide Retail Engagement, Marketing and Merchandising (REMM) team creates and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives, and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, buy, and go further with Apple products and services. These efforts increase awareness, drive conversion, and grow affinity for Apple.
Apple's Merchandising Operations team is responsible for the global end-to-end lifecycle for third party products in the Apple Retail Store and the Apple Online Store. Working closely with Product Merchants, we lead a global cross functional network of partners including Developer Relations, Digital Merchandising, Pricing, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Regional Merchandising teams and Visual Merchandising.

You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and rolling up your sleeves to get things done. Description This role is responsible for supporting the Product Merchandising team across all product categories with the execution and day to day management of all new Third Party Product (3PP) and Second Party Product (2PP) introductions in Apple Retail and Online stores on a worldwide level. You'll partner across internal teams to bring Apple's vision for a vibrant, curated accessories experience to life, both in stores and online. Responsibilities Lead New Product Introductions for third-party vendors from start to finish Serve as a key cross-functional partner, working with Global Supply Managers to onboard new vendors and launch exciting new products Drive the customer experience on the Apple Online Store by coordinating with vendors to deliver product samples, photography, and content to our publishing team Keep vendors informed on item data accuracy, shipping deadlines, and key timing milestones Ensure item data is consistent and accurate across all systems affected by merchandising activity Collaborate with SDM and RFO to create, track, and expedite purchase orders Continuously evaluate existing processes and tools, identifying opportunities to improve and partnering with teams to implement solutions Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project management, merchandising, or marketing Outstanding communicator and collaborator, with experience working across global teams Strong process management skills and proven ability to learn and manage complex systems Ability to build relationships and influence partners at all levels Preferred Qualifications Forward-thinking with strong planning and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Keynote, Pages, and Numbers Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $89,900 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
