Deli Merchandiser

LA Deli Distributors, a leader in distributing gourmet Boar's Head deli products, is seeking a skilled employee for their Merchandiser position. The Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site position in Gardena, CA. This role is responsible for protecting and promoting the Boar's Head Brand by effectively communicating with store directors and deli managers. Ensuring the brand is effectively promoted and sold.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Promotes and protects the Boar's Head Brand.
• Maintains and protects our allotted space within the deli department.
• Ensures weekly communications with store directors and the deli manager. Reports any issues or concerns to the Sales Representative.
• Monitors inventory and reports any inventory issues to the Sales Representative.
• Ensures "Weekly Service commitment Report", "Huddle Report," and "DSE Report" are completed and turned in on time.
• Effectively maintains schematics at each account.
• Responsible for educating, marketing, and creating enthusiasm for the sale of L.A. Deli products by diligently working with the store management to educate them on the value and benefits of the product, as well as current advertising and marketing campaigns and incentive programs.
• Ensures all product demos comply with company policy, including making sure that no demo of our products is unmanned. Qualifications

Required Education:

High school diploma or GED.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
