Your expertise in store management, inventory control, and visual design will drive sales growth and enhance customer experience. Duties Coordinate and implement visual merchandising plans using schematics, planograms, and interior design principles to optimize product displays and store layouts Supervise store staff in stocking, inventory management, and merchandising activities to ensure high standards of presentation and organization Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating promotional materials, signage, and visual displays that align with branding strategies Lead training and development initiatives for team members on store management, customer service excellence, POS operations, and merchandising techniques Qualifications Inventory & operations support Track inventory levels and flag low-stock items Support reorder preparation and documentation Maintain accurate inventory records across systems Shopify & system hygiene Set up and maintain SKUs and product information in Shopify Update inventory counts and product details as directed Support basic operational tasks related to web store upkeep Receiving, organizing, and tracking Receive incoming samples and shipments Label, log, photograph, and organize physical merchandise and samples Maintain clear records of sample status and locations Swag & fulfillment coordination Assemble swag kits and VIP gift packages Coordinate shipping and delivery logistics Support event-related merchandise prep as needed Documentation & organization Maintain shared folders, trackers, and documentation File vendor documents, spec sheets, invoices, and approvals Keep operational information accessible and up to date Accountable for accuracy, organization, and follow-through Escalates issues, blockers, or discrepancies to the
