Position Responsibilities:

Use your personal vehicle to independently travel to and service stores within an assigned territory. Conduct audits, perform product resets, merchandise products, and maintain product planograms. Accurately position price labels, install point-of-purchase signage for enhanced product visibility, and install new fixtures/ displays. Ensure inventory is fully stocked by down-stocking products and managing shelf displays. Coordinate with store personnel to assess inventory needs, proactively recommend replenishment, and place product orders to ensure shelves remain fully stocked and visually appealing. Serve as the product expert, providing knowledgeable support to both customers and store associates by answering questions and sharing key product details. This job description does not encompass all duties, activities, or responsibilities expected of the employee in this role. Employees may be assigned additional tasks as necessary as directed by a manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. Proof of a valid driver's license and personal Auto Insurance coverage. Access to a smartphone with internet access, phone, text, and email capabilities. Prior merchandising experience preferred, but paid on-site training is provided. This position involves independent travel to retail locations without assistance from others. Paid training is provided on weekdays. This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders. This position involves regular lifting requirements of 50 lbs without assistance throughout the shift.
