Job Description:
At Beauty 21 , we're looking for a Merchandising Coordinator (Planogram/Displays) who's passionate about bringing beauty to life at retail
  • one fixture at a time. In this role, you'll support the Sr. Merchandising Manager in the setup and maintenance of permanent wall fixtures and displays, as well as the execution of planograms across our retail environment. You'll be part of the team that makes sure our products don't just sit on shelves
  • they shine. You'll assist with visual merchandising rollouts and support the Sales team
  • turning concepts into eye-catching displays that bring our brand to life!
Responsibilities:
A Merchandising Coordinator (Planogram/Displays) is responsible, but not limited to: Understanding planograms and displays that optimize product placement on store shelves, ensuring that products are displayed efficiently and incompliance with company brand standards. Responsible for managing communication with domestic and international vendors regarding sampling, approvals, production timelines, and follow-ups to ensure projects are executed accurately and on schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales
  • to align displays with company directions and brand initiatives.
Utilize tools to create, update, file, and maintain planograms and displays efficiently. Identify and resolve issues related to planogram and display execution. Ensure that planograms and displays adhere to company policies, pricing strategies, and product placement guidelines. Manage multiple merchandising projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines. Participate in the review and approval process for display graphics and structural design. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned. Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing/ Communication or related field Minimum Experience required: 2+ years working in visual merchandising or retail marketing role, ideally within the retail, fashion or beauty industry Familiarity with beauty product categories and understanding of basic fixture structures Experience coordinating with external vendors, suppliers, or merchandising partners
Skills Required:
Prior working experience in visual merchandising, ideally within beauty is a strong plus Basic knowledge of display production processes is a plus Exceptional attention to detail
  • critical for ensuring accuracy in execution and brand consistency Previous experience in retail and customer service A proactive, results-oriented approach with a practical, hands-on mentality Highly self-organized and capable of maintaining consistent work habits.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and multiple projects in a fast-paced setting Excellent verbal and written communications skills Active listener with effective presentation and decision-making abilities
Essential Functions:
Support new global launches with counter displays and permanent wall displays Coordinate with third-party display vendors (domestic and international) to fulfill fixture/graphic needs and ensure timely delivery Manage communication with vendors for sampling, approvals, and production follow-ups Working with internal team on fixture needs. Maintain and update retailer calendars, tracking key meeting dates, launch timelines, and project milestones May occasionally need to go offsite for store checks and implementation of displays
