Currently operating 20+ locations across 7 states, we are scaling rapidly to 100+ locations with explosive 30% year-over-year growth. As a pioneer in our category, we blend the agility of a startup with the scalability of an enterprise. We need a scrappy, proactive self-starter who gets it done before we finish the sentence. Dreamers go to sleep, but entrepreneurs make it happen. Job Overview This job ain't for everyone; we are looking for someone who is built differently. As our Merchandising Specialist, you are the creative engine behind what our customers touch, feel, and create. You will own the full product lifecycle from wild, out-of-the-box concepts to finished collections on our store shelves. You will actively engage in competitive shopping to ensure we remain the undisputed trendsetters in our niche. We need a creative explorer who thrives in ambiguity and has the strategic mindset to turn playful ideas into scalable retail collections and engaging in-store workshops. Core Responsibilities Product & Collection Development Plan the full merch calendar for the year. Own all slime and product launches. Build out the merch and product roadmap, identifying optimal times to launch. Review and optimize merch sales across all stores .
End-to-End Lifecycle Management:
Own the merchandise and product life cycle from ideation to execution, ensuring all products align with brand vision and profitability goals.
Curate Collections & Limited Editions:
Design and launch compelling new product lines, seasonal collections, and highly anticipated limited-edition drops
Competitive Shopping & Trend Forecasting:
Actively scour the market, conduct competitive shopping, and analyze industry trends to ensure our offerings are always fresh, innovative, and ahead of the curve. Identify and bring new textures and ideas to market quarterly. Make all slimes for DTC orders and special events You will build quarterly planograms for stores and visit stores to ensure visual merchandising consistency.
Workshop & Experience Creation Develop Interactive Workshops:
Spearhead our "Workshop Creation" pillar designing engaging, hands-on slime-making classes and events that drive traffic to our stores and elevate the customer experience. Collaborate on
Slime Innovations:
Partner closely with our R&D team on "Slime innovations" to brainstorm new textures, scents, and add-ins that push the boundaries of hands-on creativity. Cross-Functional Collaboration Bridge the
Gap:
Work seamlessly with the Inventory/Procurement team to ensure your creative visions can be sourced, manufactured, and distributed to our D2C and expanding franchise network
Own Projects End-to-End:
Take your out-of-the-box ideas and execute them with minimal direction and maximum accountability
Qualifications Creative Explorer:
You are eager to explore new concepts and possess genuine out-of-the-box thinking. You see retail not just as products, but as an interactive experience. Merchandising Knowledge You have proven experience managing product life cycles, competitive shopping, and retail merchandising.
